Being on the 3rd level of the building and with no tall adjacent buildings, the light is directly from the sky and not reflected from other structures. The sun does not come directly into the studio until late afternoon. Sheer and opaque blinds can be lowered to adjust the light to your needs. A comfortable lounge and a coffee table are also provided.
